Pete Wilson
Pete Wilson is one of the founders of Comedy for Kids and you would say a “one of a kind” sort of guy. He is a huge asset to the committee and because of his enthusiasm, dedication and “I can do it” attitude Comedy for Kids gets bigger and better every year. Pete is always there to help you out with anything big or small and being named Ambassador for Sydney Children’s Hospital and Sport & Racing is evidence of that and is commitment not only to those he loves and cares about but to the community.
Clinton Carle
Clinton is one of the founders of Comedy for Kids is the backbone of the committee. He has been an integral part of Comedy for Kids since its inception in 2007. Clinton is a non-stop worker/thinker whose passion to build the CFK’s brand is undeniable. Without Clint nothing gets done. It may only be setting up the BBQ’s but at least you know with Clinton being invovled it is going to get done.
Erik De Haart
The last of our founding members. Erik is the big fella who loves to get in and get on with it! Erik not only involves himself with the comedy committee but he is always doing something else to help change lives at the Hospital It might be collecting toys at Xmas to selling chocolate out of his office. Everything Erik does is to help someone.
Heidi Carle
Heidi is also a founding member that has been with Comedy since the start in 2007. Heidi is always there with great ideas and a serious drive to help the Sydney Children’s Hospital. Heidi’s efficiency is second to none. On the night if something needs to be done, like her husband Clint, Heidi gets it done.
Andrew Holford
Andrew is an enthusastic community business man who was inspired by past events and volunteered to be a committee member. He brings a high level of motivation and innovative ideas to the Comedy for Kids team.
Diana Holford
Inspired by attending past events and being a mother herself, Diana was a welcome addition to the committee this year. She is extremely organised, very passionate about our cause, and is always ready to jump in and help wherever needed.
Lani Wilson
Lani is another new addition to the team who works at the Sydney Children’s Hospital so slipping in to Comedy was a pretty easy solution. Lani loves to make a difference and make sure that we are all putting in 110% effort into making the comedy night a most memorable event. Lani’s efficiences is her attention to detail.
Samantha Kelliher
With over 15 years experience in high level marketing and communications roles for the public and private sector and various not for profit organisations, Samantha is set to bring her skills to the 2011 Comedy for Kids event. Samantha is looking forward to help drive an effective marketing, communications and public relations strategy forward making Comedy for Kids 2011 the biggest and most successful event on record.
Tamara Morewood
Tamara Morewood has recently joined the Comedy team having attended all events in the past and been incredibly impressed by the success of the evening and the fantastic fund raising that has been achieved. Tamara has a background in Finance and Consulting and will be helping with the payments requirements for donations and tickets as well as assisting the team with sponsorships and gifts and general organization for the big event.
Samantha Kelliher joined the Comedy for Kids Committee in 2010, to bolster the marketing and communications efforts of this growing event. With over 15 years experience in high level marketing and communications roles for the public and private sector and various not for profit organisations, Samantha is set to bring her skills to the 2011 Comedy for Kids event. Samantha has gained a range of experience in her roles at the British Consulate-General, UK Trade & Investment, NSW Fire Brigades and most recently Broadcast Australia. She also sits on the Board of two community not for profit organisations. Samantha is looking forward to help drive an effective marketing, communications and public relations strategy forward making Comedy for Kids 2011 the biggest and most successful event on record.
